Zincalume Tanks Wallter tanks are fabricated with TATA Bluescope made Zincalume Steel, which is fabricated at the Wallter Engineering at our Nagpur factory into our unique corrugated profiled wall panel structure Tested Brand Zincalume steel, the most stringent production standards ensures its superior performance and durability. On continuous research and development, Zincalume® steel now ensures that it is able to withstand harsh environment for a longer period of time. Sacrificial Protection After nine months exposure under industrial marine environment conditions, Zincalume Steel gives better performance at scribes of lower widths. At the cut edge, galvanization steel is more susceptible to corrosion, as compared to Zincalume steel. Durability and Safety The base steel is coated with 55% Al-Zn Alloy with 150g/m2 coating. It combines the sacrificial benefits of Zinc with long life barrier protection. Our unique reinforced liners consist of a heavy duty homogeneous impesivious membrane with an internal woven mat or scrim. The scrim strengthens the liner so that it does not stretch under pressure ultimately weakening the material . Our advantage, reinforced liner have been tested by the third party internationally accredited laboratory for “Testing of products for use in contact even with drinking Water”
